PRESS CONFERENCE STATEMENT

Ladies and gentlemen of the press,

My name is Shakirat Ayobami Kareem, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Whiterose Group.

In 2025, a direct criminal complaint was filed against me without my knowledge at the Federal Capital Territory Chief Magistrate Court, Abuja.

The complaint was filed by a lady, Adebinpe Abidemi Ogunjimi, through Yakubu Eleto Chambers.

Adebinpe Abidemi Ogunjimi is known through a valid means of identification and the UK electoral roll, but she presented herself before the court using a false identity.

The false identity she used before the court is Adebinpe Musadoluwa Audullai.

In that complaint, I was made the second defendant, joined in a case with somebody I do not have any relationship with, somebody I have never met, and somebody I knew nothing about.

The first defendant in the case is Elizabeth Aishat Anjorin, popularly known as Lizzy Anjorin.

The complainant accused the defendants of criminal defamation, acts and conduct likely to breach public peace, tranquility, order and decorum, and the presentation of false, malicious, and defamatory statements.

No court process was ever served on me.

Instead, an order was obtained to serve me in a place I have never been to in my entire life, despite the fact that the complainant’s spouse in Nigeria knows my office located in Lekki, Lagos State.

He has been there before. He even used the signage at the junction of my office for his advertisement in order to intimidate me, and the advertisement is still there till today, the 8th of February 2026.
