NSUKKA DIOCESE MOURNS AGAIN
With heavy hearts, yet firm hope in the resurrection, we announce the death of Rev. Fr. C.S.P. Christian Nwangwu, a priest of the Diocese of Nsukka.
He passed on Saturday 6th February, 2026 at the Federal Medical Centre, Abakaliki.
Once again, Nsukka Diocese mourns
an altar has lost its servant,
the Church has lost a son.
Even in this deep sorrow, we entrust his soul to the infinite mercy of God, confident that death is not the end.
Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord,
and let perpetual light shine upon him.
May his soul rest in peace. Amen.
