Make election rigging difficult - Peter Obi begs Nigerians to get PVC

2O23 Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has urged Nigerians to register and collect their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) ahead of the 2027 general election, describing it as the most powerful tool against bad governance and election rigging.

He stressed that rescuing Nigeria lies in the hands of its citizens through the ballot:

“Our democracy is at stake. That is why I urge every eligible Nigerian to register, collect, and safeguard your PVC. When the time comes, use it wisely. Vote for leaders of competence, character, capacity, and compassion. Do not be intimidated, do not be deceived, and do not be bought.”

Obi concluded by reminding Nigerians that true power rests with the p
