Reality star and actor Pere Egbi has penned an open letter to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu following the death of former president Muhammadu Buhari.

In the emotional address shared via social media, Pere urged Tinubu to reflect on the pain many Nigerians still carry due to years of hardship and loss, while appealing to his conscience and leadership to help the country heal.

Beyond his message to Tinubu, Pere also rebuked Nigerians who are publicly celebrating the death of the late former president.

“Blast him while he’s alive. Express your displeasure while he’s breathing... But once he’s gone, for the sake of those he left behind... show some restraint,” he said in another post.
